CARAMEL FLAVOUR RECIPE
Golden caramel mousse embraces tender caramelized apples and homemade praliné (caramel/hazelnut paste) atop a soft génoise (almond biscuit), finished with a mirror caramel glaze, delicate macarons, and crisp caramel shards. A cozy, elegant ode to French winter orchards, indulgent yet perfectly balanced.

LEMON AND BERRIES RECIPE
A bright duet of raspberry mousse and zesty lemon cream rests on a buttery sablé breton base. Sweet and tangy, light and joyful, this bûche brings a burst of sunshine to snowy days. Crowned with lemon and berry macarons for a festive finish, and wrapped in soft italian meringue.
